Woodstar Custom Homes was formed in 2003 by four life-long Texans with extensive real estate and business experience, along with more than 10 years of home building experience. What's different about Woodstar from all the other builders out there?

Having experienced some of the large track builders and even a few of the custom builders in DFW, we can't understand why first-time and move-up home buyers generally have to sacrifice quality to meet their budget needs.

We don't have an inside track to deep discounts on the typical materials in a custom home (solid-surface counters, custom cabinets, stone, tile & pewter fixtures) - those materials are more expensive for everyone - but we do know how to build a quality home from the inside-out. We avoid the "tricks of the trade" many track builders use to cut corners and cut costs.

We believe quality starts with what you don't see - the foundation, framing, plumbing and wiring - not just the obvious external finishes. Our commitment to honesty and integrity shines through in everything we do to meet our customer's needs.
